Order Cancellation Policy

At Krystal Technologies, we understand that customers may need to cancel orders due to unforeseen circumstances.

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch by contacting our support team. Once the order has been shipped, cancellation requests may not be accepted.

For customized industrial equipment or special orders, cancellations may not be permitted.


Return Policy

Customers may request a return under the following conditions:

  • Product received is damaged

  • Incorrect product delivered

  • Manufacturing defect

Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of product delivery.

Products must be returned in original packaging with all accessories and documentation.


Non-Returnable Items

Certain products may not be eligible for return, including:

  • Custom-configured UPS systems

  • Installed electrical panels

  • Batteries that have been used or installed

  • Products damaged due to improper usage


Refund Process

Once the returned product is inspected and approved, refunds will be processed according to our company policy.

Refunds may be issued through:

  • Bank transfer

  • Original payment method

Processing time may take 5-10 business days.


Damaged or Defective Products

If a product arrives damaged, customers must notify Krystal Technologies immediately with:

  • Order details

  • Photos of the damaged product

  • Description of the issue

Our team will arrange replacement or repair based on the situation.
